The Deluxe Double Room Pool View offered a fantastic view and comfortable stay. However, the reception staff could be more welcoming.

The highlight of my stay was the efficient airport shuttle service, making transfers quick and easy. However, the bed was quite firm, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The staff was generally welcoming, but I did encounter one receptionist who was less friendly. For a short transit stay, it's adequate but not perfect.

Staying with my four kids was a breeze, especially enjoying the nearby traditional Thai market for fresh snacks and unique crafts. We also loved the efficient airport shuttle, making it easy for our travels. The spacious room worked well for our family needs.
